Website Pricing & Costs

Every business is different, so website costs can vary depending on your requirements.

To give a realistic idea:

  • Simple brochure websites start from £750 – Ideal for local businesses needing a professional online presence with core information, contact forms and mobile-friendly design.
  • Most business websites fall between £1,000–£2,000 – For businesses needing stronger structure, admin access to update your own website (with training), SEO foundations, service pages, galleries, lead generation and more tailored functionality.
  • E-commerce and larger custom projects are typically higher – Starting from £1,500 –  Online shops built around ease of use, product management and conversion-focused design.

Every project is different – Some clients need a simple, effective website. Others need something more custom. We’ll always discuss your requirements honestly and recommend the most sensible approach for your budget — without unnecessary upselling or agency jargon.

What’s Included

Every website project includes:

For larger projects, staged payments can be arranged to help spread the cost. Typically:

  1. Deposit – Allowing us to set-up the hosting, upload a coming soon page and make a start on the design.
  2. Second Stage Payment – Once you are happy with the structure and design.
  3. Final Stage Payment – Once the site is tested and live.

Wix for example. Usually the cheapest starting point, but you’ll need to design the site, write the content and manage everything yourself. A reasonable option for a very simple website, although costs can increase when you add features, apps and ongoing subscriptions.

Can get a basic website online quickly, but packages may offer limited design flexibility, content support or personal contact. Check carefully what is included and what happens when you need changes after launch.

Often suited to complex projects requiring a wider team, specialist integrations or substantial marketing support. This can provide greater capacity, but come with much higher fees, longer processes and several points of contact.

AI tools can quickly generate a basic website from a short description, making them useful for testing an idea or getting something online quickly. However, the results can feel generic and still require someone to refine the design, check the content, improve the SEO and handle the technical details. The quality ultimately depends on the person guiding the AI.
